Utah Eagle Transport Refund & Cancellation Policy

This refund & cancellation policy is adopted by all clients of Utah Eagle Transport and will apply to all Taxis/Cabs as arranged on the customers behalf through Utah Eagle Transport.

Cancellation and Bookings

All cancellations of local journeys made by Phone by our call center will not incur a charge and will be blocked from our call center. However you will be able to request a service through our app, Prepay in any cancellation you will be charged a fee of $5.00.

Refunds

NO REFUNDS SALES ARE FINAL. All Prices are subject to change without any notice.

Liability

In the event of circumstances beyond our control Utah Eagle Transport reserves the right to cancel all services. Where payment has been made a refund will be issued. If a car breaks down during the journey, an alternative will be provided with a practical time allowance….

Termination

No refunds will be given for journeys terminated part way through the hire. The journey has to be prepaid in full. An invoice that is subject to the VAT platform will be issued..
